User preferences for colors

The following buttons should all look like the buttons in the UI:

ActiveBorder, ActiveCaption, CaptionText, AppWorkspace, Background, InactiveBorder, InactiveCaption, InactiveCaptionText, Scrollbar, Window, WindowFrame, WindowText

The following should look like two windows. The one on the left should have the "active" colors for border, caption, and caption text, while the one on the right should have the "inactive" colors. They should have the window background of an MDI interface, and the area around and between them should be the desktop background. They should have within them a small window with the Window background and text colors and WindowFrame border. The windows should have blocks the color of a scrollbar on their right.
