Below is the email I sent (after consulting with a few colleagues)
in response to the CSS working group's prioritization exercise,
which asked for interest levels (Very Strong Interest, Strong
Interest, Low Interest, No Interest).

Note that I've added an additional interest level (Medium Interest),
between SI and LI.  Four categories just weren't quite enough.
